Start with a easy hiking tour, learn about wildlife, local life, enjoy the views of the lake and volcanoes, hike into coffee plantations untill you reach our Kayaking starting point and end the tour at your hotel or private home.

Family-friendly Biking & Hiking tours
9:00am - Today your paved and dirt easy biking tour starts with a short adventure on the back of a Picku-truck to our hiking starting point. You will hike in green cloud forest mountain and small settlements for about 1hr. Next, our team will have your bikes tuned and ready for your adventure that will take place on a paved road and then in a dirt road, see small villages, and stunning views of Lake Atitlan.
The tour will end at a beautiful look out, that offers a 360º view of the Lake, volcán San Pedro, Atitlan, Toliman and even the volcanoes of Antigua Guatemala!

San Juan Coffee and Chocolate Tour
9:00am - Today a representative of Tours Atitlan will meet you at your hotel for a cultural, coffee and chocolate tour. Travel by local private boat to San Juan, here is where the tour takes place. Upon arrival enjoy a guided and short introduction to coffee in Guatemala. Learn from the beginning to a cup of fresh organic coffee. Later continue by foot, browse local weavers coops, painters shop's until you reach the chocolate workshop. You will enjoy a nice demonstration of the chocolate process taste some of Lake Atitlan and Guatemala best chocolate! The tour will end at a local comedor (a place for lunch) then travel back to your hotel! Approx. return time 13:hrs.

Leisure Day by boat San Juan & Santiago Atitlan Tour
9:00am - Guests are picked up from their hotel & transfer to San Juan La Laguna Village where they visit a local textile cooperative to see the back strap loom in use and to see how they still dye with natural dyes. Guests also visit the home and workshop of local naïf painters before boarding the boat onto Santiago Village for lunch. After lunch guests will walk with their guide to find the house where the Maya God Maximon is living. Each year a different "brotherhood" has the privilege of taking care of their God so his location changes. Once with Maximon you may see local shaman performing rituals for local people and if you wish you can ask your guide to help you hire the services of a shaman for you to have a personal ceremony performed. After visiting Maximon guests can visit the local church and learn about the history of this very traditional town and also see the market and learn about the distinctive textiles and primitive art that is famous from this area.
